Ecofiltro guarantees the purification and the absolute sterilization from all the pollution present in the air of the conditioning systems; powders, gas, virus (legionary disease), bacterium, molds, spores. In the meantime is guarantee the sterility of the filter. Thanks to the ozone the filter purified itself producing oxygen and enriching therefore the treated air.
The overfiltration system of the air is composed of 6 rooms; 1st where the ozone is produced in the necessary quantity useful to the purpose to achieve, then the air enters in the 2nd room where happens the "mixing", then it goes in the 3rd room composed by a system of Electronic- Electrostatic OXYGENE cables where corpuscles of the max. measurements of 0,01 micron (Virus and Bacterium) are removed. In the 4th room are used absolute or at compartment filters according to the necessities of the Ecofiltro application; the 5th room, composed to cartridges of active carbons, purifies the air from volatile gas and it achieves the 6th room where, some catalysts using silver salts, separate the Ozone favoring the oxygen production.

The installation of the 4a or of the 5a filtration room is not necessary the recycling thermo-conditioning systems in case in the rooms are not produced harmful gas or they are not used as laboratories (clean areas, operating rooms etc.). In the above mentioned cases the insertion of electrostatics to the early stage of absolute filters will guarantee them a greater life and a better filtration of the micro-particles (in the absence of specifications their installation is useless). If necessary, thanks to a patented system "ionizing washers" , in the last section, can be added a room of negative ionization. The negative ions will spread from the conduits to the rooms neutralizing the electric charges present in the air and produced by computes, photocopiers, electric motors, etc. Treating therefore in final way the building for the "Sick building syndrome".

Ecofiltro is built in modules for the treatment of the air from 2.000 cubic meters / h to 200.000 cubic meters / h		Filters can be used according to the pollution substances to purify:-Oxygen Electrostatic-Absolutes- Carbons, etc.
A building is to be consider sick when in its occupants arise phatologies that can be connected with the inhalation of its air; The air is considered acceptable when there is no presence of contamination substances that are found in damage quantity.

Increasing the production of ozone in the necessary quantity in proportion to the dimensions of the existing plant or of the places to treat we shall be able to, extracted the catalyst, sterilize with the ozone as the canals of thermo-conditioning as the places used as, office, lab or complete plants for the production of foodstuffs, processing of the meats, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, etc.

In new or existing places is moreover possible to prearrange the ECOFILTRO system to the periodic decontamination of the fittings. The fixed installation of washable electronic-electrostatic filters will guarantee the purification of the air in the production phases creating therefore bacterial static essential for the elimination of the powders that are the cause of the proliferation of the molds, spores, natural habitat of viruses, bacterium and allergenes.

The SUPER OXY group guarantees in few minutes the internal decontamination of unit for the treatment of the air, (thermo-conditioning), eliminating viruses, bacterium and bad smells. FUNCTIONING ozone is inserted during the break hours of the supply of the service, afterward it is catalyzed in oxygen before to switch on again the thermo-conditioning system. The unit is electronically programmable.

The ozone is a highly reactive (oxidizer)gas, whose stability is useful for us as for the process of splitting as for the for its oxidizer action towards organic and inorganic substances, bacterium, viruses, spores etc. Its actions are of additive kind, of ozonelysis and catalytic. As concern bacterium and viruses it takes effect through a catalytic oxidation of the proteins bluntly destroying the structures (antimicrobial action). As concern organic and inorganic substances it takes effect on the carriers of smells with an oxidizer action caused by the atomic oxygen, or through the formation of changeable compounds which decomposing lead to the breaking of its molecules (deodorizing action).
