BIOAIRFILTER
INTRODUCTION
The Bioairfilter is a biotechnological system used for the elimination of gaseous effluents containing organic pollutants. Its particular design and its original structure, standing the purified biomass from the organic and pollutant underskid, makes it particularly effective and competitive with similar systems.
In fact in our case, the regeneration of any kind of filling is not necessary, practically it never reaches the saturation point, granting in this way a continual efficiency. The active biomass must only be in the best working conditions with some little differences on the basis of the underskid that must be eliminated and therefore as for as the strains intended for the molecular destruction. Some biomasses have a predilection for a quite constant pH, around 7, 2-7, 3 units, others efficiently working with higher pH; we can have substantial differences also in the additioning nutritions. The optimal temperature for all the strains is from 15 to 30° C inclusive.
THE PROCEDURE
The organic underskid are subject to changes: from micro-organisms to simple elements. The immense quality and quantity of bacteria present on the Earth grants the full recycle and the re-usage of the organic molecules. Some bacteria families dug, each one independently from the other, some ecological hollows and they are specialised in the use of some molecular types, or their fractions.
Our micro-biological archive has by now about hundred selected strains and they are active in particular with some underskids and we are able, using this kind of technology, to quickly activate the Bioairfilter. The system is operative since the specific biomass appears on the holder.
We can identify the first and only link of such particular food chain, and its concerning niche, in the bacteria involved in the transformation of the organic substance and from this they drawing the nourishment, forming in this way the real biomass; the bacteria are in this case the main consumers and they are therefore plundered from many minor consumers which belong to the second link of the topic chain. This second category is made up protozoa and manly ciliates, they are both sessile and craft.a. The main reason of the success gained from the bacteria, in comparison with the others, in the destruction of the pollutant material present in the waste-waters, is due to their smallest sizes and their big proportional surface that is a significant factor for the exchange between the internal environment of the bacteria and the external environment of the some, increasing in this way the velocity of the purification. The archive of high selected bacterium (ARBASE) of the Ozone Generators is well-stocked with high selectioned strains, some of them rarest and collected from ancestral underskids located in archaeological areas, and they are able to destroy a lot of organic underskids.
Our research laboratory is able to produce to restrained costs bacteria and bio-catalizators of HIGH CONCENTRATION (5-10 BACTERIA/g). The news of this system is due to the addition of the most appropriate inoculate system (pure strains or "consortiums of pull bacteria made to measure).
